Webinar.media gives users all the right and access to their personal information. We urge our users to share real and accurate information about themselves. Our platform allows users to update, edit, or delete information ー unless default information is needed for legitimate business processing or legal purposes.

Users can view and edit their information on their account settings that can be found on the dashboard. On the account setting, users can view and edit their data. However, for account deletion, users must contact us directly by email us

Also, users can opt to whether they want to receive promotional emails from Webinar.media continuously. Users can also stop receiving interest-based advertising from Webinar.media by contacting us.

MINORS PRIVACY

Webinar.media platform is not designed to be used by children under the age of 16. We do not intend to collect any personal information from minor users under the stated age.

If the guardian or parent believes their child has registered with us using falsified personal information, he or she can contact us via email. We will cooperate and promptly delete the information upon learning that the information is related to a minor under 16.

Once deleted from our active database, traces of the information may remain archived in web history and backup archives even after account deletion.

However, if a user registers for (or attends) an event on the Webinar.media platform, your participation may be under a new governing institution with additional or different privacy policies. This pertains to a separate policy set by an event sponsor that aims to collect, receive, or use user data according to its policy.

Upon event registration, users should receive the privacy policies that apply to their participation; users have to agree to the clauses to proceed using the platform's services.
